We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology sector based in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial models that accurately reflect business scenarios and drive performance improvements.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations based on analysis.
- Monitor financial performance against benchmarks and provide actionable insights to enhance profitability and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Evaluate and analyze financial data, market trends, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and cost savings.
- Support financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and investments, including scenario analysis and valuation modeling.
- Liaise with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Mentor and train junior analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting, particularly within the technology sector.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA, etc.) is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably within the Information Technology sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and statistical analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software; experience with ERP systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of corporate finance principles, budgeting processes, and financial reporting standards.
