We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in Financial Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial systems and processes, as well as extensive experience in consulting and implementing solutions for financial institutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead functional design workshops with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes
- Analyze client's current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop and present solutions to clients that address their specific needs and requirements
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of recommended solutions
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in financial services technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial services consulting or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes, including but not limited to ERP systems, CRM systems, and risk management tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
