Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative consulting services to our clients within the healthcare sector, helping them optimize their operations and implement best practices through technology. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare processes, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges within the healthcare industry.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing operational processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Design and implement tailored functional solutions that align with client objectives, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for clients to demonstrate new functionalities and best practices.
- Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams to facilitate the successful delivery of projects.
- Develop detailed functional specifications, use cases, and system documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support, addressing any system-related issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting healthcare.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, fostering their professional development.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a functional consulting role within the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH).
- Proven experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), Health Information Management (HIM), or other healthcare-related software solutions.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
