We are seeking a Senior General Counsel to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing legal advice and guidance on complex real estate transactions and projects. The Senior General Counsel will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters related to the company's real estate activities in Dubai and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and support on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development projects.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of real estate agreements, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, and construction contracts.
- Advising on zoning and land use issues, environmental regulations, and property rights.
- Managing external legal counsel and other legal service providers as needed.
- Conducting legal research and analysis on real estate laws and regulations in Dubai.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Representing the company in negotiations, mediations, and other legal proceedings related to real estate matters.
- Providing training and guidance to internal stakeholders on legal issues related to real estate.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree in Real Estate Law or related field preferred.
- Licensed to practice law in Dubai.

- Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations in Dubai.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
