We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior General Manager to oversee all aspects of our Information Technology department in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of IT professionals, developing and implementing IT strategies, and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT systems and services within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of IT systems and infrastructure
- Ensure the security and integrity of all IT systems and data
- Manage IT budgets and resources effectively
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements
- Monitor and report on the performance of IT systems and services
- Identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise within the IT department

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in a senior management role within the IT industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of managing IT projects and teams
- Solid understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
