We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Graphic Design Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. As the Senior Graphic Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of graphic designers and overseeing all aspects of visual communication and branding for our telecommunications company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality design output
- Develop and implement creative and innovative design strategies that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute design projects across various platforms, including print, digital, and social media
- Oversee the creation of visual assets, including logos, marketing materials, website design, and advertising campaigns
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and messaging across all design projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and incorporate new techniques and technologies into the team's workflow
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Strong creative vision and ability to think strategically about design solutions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry is a plus
