We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hardware Technician to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardware troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance, with a focus on manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues on manufacturing equipment and machinery
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of hardware systems
- Install and configure new hardware components
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to troubleshoot complex hardware problems
- Ensure all hardware systems meet quality and safety standards
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work
- Train and mentor junior technicians on hardware troubleshooting and repair techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- [X] years of experience in hardware troubleshooting and repair
- Strong knowledge of hardware components and systems
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different manufacturing locations as needed
