We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hardware Technician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support and maintenance for hardware systems in a pharmaceutical setting.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair hardware systems including servers, desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Coordinate with IT team to ensure hardware systems are functioning properly and are up to date with the latest technology.
- Provide technical support to end users and assist with hardware-related inquiries.
- Develop and implement hardware maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of systems.
- Maintain inventory of hardware equipment and parts, and coordinate with vendors for procurement as needed.
- Document all hardware installations, repairs, and maintenance activities for reference and future troubleshooting.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hardware maintenance and support, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of hardware systems, components, and peripherals.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues efficiently.
- Experience with hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in hardware maintenance or related field is a plus.
