Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Advisor to join our growing healthcare team in Dubai. This pivotal role will support our mission to provide exceptional healthcare services while fostering a positive workplace culture. The Senior HR Advisor will be responsible for delivering strategic HR initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Management:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.

2. Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct investigations into employee grievances and recommend appropriate actions in accordance with company policies and procedures.

3. Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
- Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction of top talent for various healthcare roles.
- Enhance the onboarding process to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.

4. Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems, including setting performance standards and conducting evaluations.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues and talent development.

5. Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and facilitate the development and delivery of training programs tailored to the healthcare sector.
- Promote continuous professional development and career advancement opportunities for employees.

6. Compliance and Policy Development:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legislative changes.

7. Compensation and Benefits:
- Analyze compensation structures and recommend adjustments to ensure competitiveness within the healthcare industry.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure effective communication of benefits to employees.

8. HR Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive decision-making and monitor workforce trends.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on HR initiatives and workforce performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in HR data analysis.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
