We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR consulting within the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Consult with management on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
3. Conduct organizational assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.
4. Lead and participate in recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
5. Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels.
6. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
8. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
9. Provide coaching and guidance to HR team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- [X] years of experience in HR consulting, with a focus on manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
