We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, specializing in the Energy sector. As a Senior HR Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to the organization, helping to drive business objectives and foster a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead and manage HR projects, including but not limited to talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Conduct regular assessments of HR systems and processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
- Coach and mentor HR team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Handle complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in HR management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 5 years in a senior HR consulting position.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP, CIPD) is a plus.
