We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and objectives
- Handle employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive work environment
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees
- Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles within the Energy sector
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS systems
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
