We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Technology Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and infrastructure support, with a focus on ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT systems and infrastructure within the organization, including servers, networks, and security systems
- Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot any IT-related issues that may arise
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technology solutions that meet the needs of the business
- Lead IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry, and make recommendations for technology upgrades and improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure support
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including servers, networks, and security systems
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and virtualization technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, or MCSE are a plus
