We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Technology Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and infrastructure, with a focus on the Aerospace and Defense industry.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IT systems and infrastructure for Aerospace and Defense projects
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IT systems meet project requirements
- Develop and implement IT security measures to protect sensitive information and data
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements
- Manage and monitor IT projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Train and mentor junior IT staff to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems and infrastructure
- Experience working in the Aerospace and Defense industry is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and cloud technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in relevant IT fields is a plus
