We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Innovation Manager to join our Healthcare team in Sharjah. The Senior Innovation Manager will be responsible for driving innovation and leading the development and implementation of new ideas and technologies within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the innovation strategy for the healthcare organization, identifying new opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative projects and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation in the healthcare industry.
- Manage the innovation pipeline and prioritize projects based on strategic objectives and business impact.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry partners.
- Lead and mentor a team of innovation specialists to support the development and implementation of new ideas.
- Track and evaluate the success of innovation projects, making recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
