We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Innovation Manager to join our Real Estate team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving innovation and creativity within our organization, leading initiatives to develop and implement new ideas and technologies to improve our business processes and offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the innovation strategy and roadmap for the Real Estate division, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business results.
- Research industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the curve and identify new opportunities for innovation.
- Manage a team of innovation specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of projects.
- Foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the organization, encouraging team members to think outside the box and challenge the status quo.
- Track and measure the success of innovation projects, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in innovation management, preferably in the Real Estate industry.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to drive results and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing innovative solutions that have positively impacted business performance.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in innovation management.
