We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Innovation Manager to join our dynamic team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and innovation, with a proven track record of successfully leading innovation projects from inception to implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions and technologies in the agriculture sector
- Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion within the agricultural industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and creativity
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Manage and mentor a team of innovation specialists and analysts
