We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Inside Sales Executive to join our retail team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and achieve targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
