Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions that connect various telecommunications systems, applications, and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead the integration testing process, ensuring that all components work together as expected and meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolution and support for internal teams and customers.
- Monitor integration performance and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- Document integration processes, architecture, and designs to maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system integration and telecommunications.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Participate in project planning and management activities, ensuring timely delivery of integration projects.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in integration engineering, preferably within the telecommunications sector.
- Strong understanding of integration methodologies, tools, and technologies (e.g., RESTful APIs, SOAP, ETL processes).
- Experience with middleware and integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel).
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with telecommunications protocols and standards (e.g., SIP, SS7, IMS).
- Knowledge of cloud technologies and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
