Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, focusing on the energy sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in system integration, project management, and engineering principles related to energy systems. This role is essential for ensuring seamless integration of various energy technologies and solutions, contributing to the development of sustainable energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, implementation, and management of integration solutions for energy systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, project managers, and system architects, to define integration requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in integration workflows.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, system architecture diagrams, and user manuals.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure that integrated systems meet design specifications and operational requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integrated systems, addressing any issues that arise during implementation or operation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system integration and energy management.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities, contributing to the development of project timelines and resource allocations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related field). A Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in system integration, preferably within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of energy management systems, smart grid technologies, and renewable energy solutions.
- Proficiency in integration tools and technologies, including APIs, middleware, and data exchange protocols.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, and familiarity with database management systems.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to energy systems and integration processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud-based integration solutions and IoT technologies in the energy sector.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Certification in relevant technologies or integration methodologies (e.g., TOGAF, ITIL, etc.) is a plus.
