Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integration Engineer to join our dynamic team in Al Ain, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our systems and processes. This position requires a deep understanding of system integration, data flow, and pharmaceutical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integration Design and Development:
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions for various systems including ERP, LIMS, MES, and CRM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Create and maintain integration architecture, ensuring scalability and security.

- System Analysis and Troubleshooting:
- Analyze existing integration processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, providing timely resolutions to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization for integration processes.

- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with IT, Data Management, Quality Assurance, and other departments to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
- Prepare and present integration status reports and documentation to stakeholders.

- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all integration solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA).
- Implement best practices for data integrity, security, and quality assurance in integration processes.

- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in system integration and pharmaceutical operations.
- Propose innovative solutions to enhance integration efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in system integration, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of integration tools and technologies (e.g., API management, middleware, ETL processes).
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards in pharmaceuticals.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
