We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integration Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and extensive experience in managing complex integration projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring all project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and design integration solutions
- Develop and implement integration strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives
- Oversee the integration process, including data mapping, transformation, and testing
- Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring all integration activities are carried out efficiently and effectively
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in integration management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects
- Strong understanding of integration technologies, such as APIs, ESBs, and middleware platforms
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, ITIL) are a plus
