Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Integration Manager to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and managing integrations across various financial services platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless connectivity and interoperability between systems, applications, and third-party services that support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Integration Strategy Development: Design and implement integration strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives of the organization. This includes evaluating existing systems and identifying opportunities for improvement.

- Project Management: Lead integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, product development, operations, and compliance, to gather requirements and ensure that integrations meet business needs and regulatory standards.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to the integration team. Oversee the selection and implementation of integration tools and technologies, ensuring best practices are followed.

- Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain integration testing protocols to ensure data integrity and system reliability. Identify and resolve integration issues promptly.

- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring that their solutions meet our integration requirements and standards.

- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, architecture, and workflows. Ensure that all integration activities are properly documented for auditing and compliance purposes.

- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve integration processes and drive innovation within the organization.

- Team Development: Mentor and develop the integration team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in integration management within the financial services sector.

- Proven experience with integration platforms and technologies such as API management, middleware solutions, and ETL tools.

- Strong understanding of financial services products, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.

- Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex integration projects.

- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, etc.) and familiarity with database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
