Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and executing internal audits, providing valuable insights to enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, conduct, and lead internal audit engagements in accordance with the annual audit plan, ensuring adherence to established standards and timelines.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and governance structures across various departments.
- Develop comprehensive audit programs tailored to specific audit objectives and risks, including financial, operational, and compliance aspects.
- Prepare detailed audit reports that summarize findings, recommend improvements, and provide actionable insights for management.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior management and departmental heads, to discuss audit findings and agree on corrective actions.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in internal auditing and risk management.
- Provide training and guidance to junior auditors and team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, contributing to strategic decision-making processes.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of internal audit methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (CIA, CPA, CISA) is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
- Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, risk assessment, and control frameworks.
- Proficient in utilizing audit software and data analytics tools to enhance audit processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical standards.
