We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Consultant to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer goods and a proven track record of providing strategic guidance and support to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and efficiency
- Providing expert advice and guidance on best practices in areas such as supply chain management, pricing strategies, and market trends
- Developing and delivering presentations to senior leadership to communicate findings and recommendations
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of implemented solutions to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Mentoring and coaching junior consultants to support their professional development and growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting role within the consumer goods industry
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven project management experience and the ability to drive initiatives to completion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
