We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Investment Analyst to join our team in Dubai, focusing on Retail investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, due diligence, and market research, with a passion for the retail sector.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of potential retail investment opportunities
- Perform thorough due diligence on target companies and industries
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess investment potential and risks
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing retail investments
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and economic developments that may impact retail investments
- Present investment recommendations to senior management and investors
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute investment strategies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
