Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Auditor to join our team in Sharjah. As a Senior IT Auditor, you will be responsible for leading and executing IT audits to assess the effectiveness of the company's IT systems, controls, and processes in a retail environment. You will work closely with the IT and business teams to identify risks, develop audit plans, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute IT audits in accordance with established audit plans and protocols.
- Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of IT controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Identify and assess IT risks, vulnerabilities, and control weaknesses within the retail environment.
- Develop audit findings and recommendations to address identified issues and improve IT processes and controls.
- Communicate audit results and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to IT auditing.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
- Professional certification such as CISA, CISSP, or CIA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT auditing, preferably in a retail environment.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, controls, and processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in audit software and tools.
