We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior IT Director to lead our IT department in the construction industry in Ajman. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction technology and a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing IT systems within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the IT strategy in alignment with the overall business objectives
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and software applications
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure data security and privacy compliance in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs and opportunities for improvement
- Monitor IT budgets and expenses, making recommendations for cost-effective solutions
- Stay current on emerging technologies and trends in the construction industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Experience with IT systems and software commonly used in the construction industry
- Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
