We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior IT Director to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As the Senior IT Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT department and ensuring that our technology infrastructure meets the needs of our consumer goods business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including managing a team of IT professionals
- Ensure the security and integrity of our data and systems
- Collaborate with other department heads to identify and address IT needs
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the industry
- Manage IT projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully implementing IT projects
- Experience with IT budgeting and resource allocation
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
