We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and proven experience managing complex IT projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large-scale IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and allocate resources accordingly
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- PMP certification is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
