We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah, specializing in Healthcare IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT projects within the healthcare industry and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders
- Coordinate with various internal teams and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met
- Provide regular updates to senior management on project progress and potential risks or issues
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to healthcare IT systems
- Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with IT and clinical staff to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve healthcare delivery

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in IT project management, preferably within the healthcare industry
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of healthcare IT systems, EMR/EHR software, and data security protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget
