We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Lab Manager to join our Energy team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory management within the energy sector and possess excellent leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, ensuring that all tests and experiments are carried out efficiently and accurately
- Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Manage a team of lab technicians and scientists, providing guidance and training as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute research projects and experiments
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results
- Analyze and interpret data, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in laboratory technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Chemistry, Engineering, etc.)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of energy industry standards and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proven track record of managing laboratory operations and leading a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory software
