We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Lawyer specializing in Healthcare to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare law and regulations, with a minimum of 8 years of experience practicing in this field.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on healthcare laws and regulations in Dubai and the UAE
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to healthcare operations
- Represent the organization in legal proceedings, negotiations, and settlements
- Stay up-to-date on changes in healthcare laws and regulations and ensure compliance
- Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on legal matters related to healthcare
- Collaborate with external legal counsel on complex legal matters as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on healthcare
- Licensed to practice law in Dubai or the UAE
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred
