We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Linux Administrator to join our Aerospace and Defense team based in Dubai, UAE. As a Senior Linux Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of our Linux systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems and related software
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Implement security measures to protect the systems from cyber threats
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages such as Shell, Python, or Perl
- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Linux systems with other technologies
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior administrators

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [Number] years of experience as a Linux Administrator in a similar industry
- In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g. Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu)
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or KVM
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and services

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Relevant certifications (e.g. RHCE, LPIC, CompTIA Linux+) are a plus
