We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loan Officer to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with extensive experience in structuring and closing complex loan transactions within the energy industry.

Responsibilities:
- Originate, structure, and underwrite loan transactions in the Energy sector, focusing on oil & gas, renewable energy, and other related industries
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, risk assessment, and due diligence on potential borrowers
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, industry partners, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient loan processing and closing
- Monitor and manage existing loan portfolios, including conducting regular reviews and assessments
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the Energy sector

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in commercial lending, with a focus on the Energy sector
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, credit analysis, and risk management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully closing loan transactions in a timely and efficient manner
- Knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements and best practices in the Energy industry
