We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our healthcare facility in Dubai. The Senior Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and systems within the facility to ensure the smooth operation of all healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules for all equipment and systems within the facility.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify any maintenance issues and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair work.
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff to ensure high standards of workmanship and safety.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs for regulatory compliance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance and engineering, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
