We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services and a strong track record of managing maintenance operations to ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee all maintenance activities for our office buildings and facilities in Dubai
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and reduce costs
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs and upgrades
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address any maintenance issues
- Create and maintain maintenance schedules and budgets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety
