We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Management Consultant to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting with a focus on financial services, as well as a proven track record of delivering high-quality strategic solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client objectives
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client businesses, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
- Develop and implement strategic recommendations and action plans to drive business performance and profitability
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a range of management issues, including organizational restructuring, process improvement, and digital transformation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner in their business success
- Mentor and support junior consultants, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- [X] years of experience in management consulting, with a focus on financial services
- Proven track record of delivering successful consulting projects, achieving measurable results for clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications
