We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications manufacturing and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products are manufactured to meet specifications
- Lead and mentor junior engineers in the manufacturing department
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure materials meet quality standards
- Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and procedures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering in the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Lean manufacturing principles is a plus
