We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Director to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all marketing strategies and initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness for our real estate projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives
- Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and leadership to achieve department goals
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making adjustments as needed to optimize results
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required
