We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Designer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, with expertise in manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for mechanical components and systems
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure designs meet project requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed designs
- Utilize CAD software to create 2D and 3D models of mechanical components
- Perform stress analysis and simulations to ensure designs meet performance requirements
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and components for manufacturing
- Oversee the manufacturing and assembly process to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior designers and engineers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials
- Experience with FEA analysis and simulation software is a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
