We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Media Planner to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in Real Estate marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing media plans that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition in the competitive Real Estate market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic media plans that align with the overall marketing objectives for various Real Estate projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of media campaigns
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences and media channels that will deliver the highest ROI
- Negotiate and manage relationships with media partners to secure competitive rates and added value opportunities
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations in media planning and buying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in media planning, preferably in Real Estate or related industry
- Strong understanding of digital and traditional media channels
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in media planning tools and software
