We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Medical Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Medical Officer will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight in the delivery of medical services within an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to medical staff within the organization
- Develop and implement medical policies and procedures in alignment with national regulations and best practices
- Conduct regular assessments of medical services and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for students and staff
- Provide direct patient care as needed, including diagnosing and treating medical conditions
- Participate in medical research and educational initiatives within the organization
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with confidentiality regulations
- Participate in emergency response and crisis management protocols
- Provide mentorship and training to junior medical staff

Qualifications:
- Medical degree from a recognized institution
- Valid medical license in Abu Dhabi
- Board certification in a relevant specialty
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a clinical setting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
