We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Network Manager to join our team in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in network management, with a focus on transportation and logistics.

As the Senior Network Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our transportation and logistics network infrastructure. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our network meets the needs of our operations and supports our business goals.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement network strategies to optimize efficiency and reliability in transportation and logistics operations.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking equipment.
- Monitor network performance and security, identifying and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that network solutions align with business requirements.
- Lead a team of network engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in network management, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in network management, preferably in transportation and logistics.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, security, and infrastructure.
- Experience with Cisco networking equipment and technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
