Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nuclear Engineer to join our team in Dubai, focusing on the integration of nuclear technology within the consumer goods sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of nuclear engineering principles and their applications, particularly in the development and evaluation of consumer products that incorporate advanced technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee projects involving the application of nuclear engineering concepts to enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of consumer goods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance, to integrate nuclear technology into new and existing products.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety evaluations to ensure that all nuclear-related products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement testing protocols for nuclear materials and systems used in consumer goods, ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Engage with stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, to communicate project progress, safety measures, and technological advancements.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in nuclear engineering and consumer goods technology to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation, presenting findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders.
- Participate in research initiatives aimed at exploring new applications of nuclear technology in consumer goods and enhancing product performance.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in nuclear engineering, with a focus on consumer goods or a related industry.
- Strong knowledge of nuclear safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven experience in project management, from concept development through to execution and evaluation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in simulation and modeling software relevant to nuclear engineering.
- A proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
