We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team at a construction site in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the healthcare needs of employees working on the construction site, as well as promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality healthcare services to employees on the construction site
- Conduct health assessments and screenings as needed
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and manage medical emergencies and injuries
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for employees
- Develop and implement health and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Provide health education and counseling to employees on topics such as injury prevention, nutrition, and stress management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all employees
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Valid nursing license in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a construction or industrial environment
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
