We are currently seeking a Senior Nurse to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Senior Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to residents in a real estate setting. You will work closely with our residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, assess residents' health needs, and develop and implement nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Coordinate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure the holistic care of residents
- Educate residents and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Assist in the training and supervision of junior nursing staff
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license in Abu Dhabi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a real estate setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records systems
