We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Senior Nurse will be responsible for providing advanced nursing care to patients within our facility, as well as overseeing and mentoring junior nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and evaluate patient responses to treatment.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with medical procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care and outcomes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior nursing staff, including mentoring and training as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance with healthcare standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Registered Nurse license in Abu Dhabi.
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.
