We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our team in Dubai, within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping individuals achieve their maximum level of independence and functionality in the workplace.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of employees to determine their physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities and limitations in relation to their job duties
- Develop individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals of employees
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve physical and cognitive function, reduce pain, and increase productivity
- Provide education and training to employees, managers, and HR staff on ergonomic principles, injury prevention, and workplace accommodations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, psychologists, and vocational counselors, to ensure a holistic approach to employee wellness
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Stay current on best practices and evidence-based interventions in the field of occupational therapy

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Dubai
- Minimum of [random number] years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a corporate or financial services setting
- Strong clinical skills in evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Dubai labor laws and regulations related to workplace accommodations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record systems
