Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Operations Consultant to join our dynamic team in the Aerospace and Defense sector based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, strategic planning, and process improvement, with a proven track record of delivering results in high-stakes environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Operations Planning: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all business units within the Aerospace and Defense sector.

- Process Improvement: Analyze existing operational processes and identify areas for improvement. Design and execute process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.

- Project Management: Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project scope and objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines.

- Risk Management: Assess operational risks related to projects and daily operations. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analysis tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, partners, and suppliers. Foster collaboration to achieve operational excellence.

- Team Leadership and Development: Mentor and guide junior consultants and operational staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills and capabilities. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable aerospace and defense regulations, standards, and best practices. Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) is a plus.

- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operations management, consulting, or a related field within the Aerospace and Defense industry.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

- Proven project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.

- Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to Aerospace and Defense operations.

- Proficiency in using operational management software and data analysis tools.
